What happens next? The team at Hollard Investments will acknowledge your complaint in writing and we will send the contact details of the person who will be assigned to finding a resolution for your complaint.
If you are not satisfied with the response from Hollard Investments, or if your complaint relates to advice provided to you by a financial advisor in respect of your investment, you can write to the Ombudsman.
